Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing TickerCase, you agree to these Terms and the Investment Disclaimer. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta Access & Trial

Each account currently receives one completed free analysis during the open beta. Trial access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be bypassed by creating duplicate accounts or automating requests. Failed or integrity-blocked generations are not intended to consume a completed run. We may change, pause, or end beta access with reasonable notice where practical.

Paid Analysis Credits, Taxes & Refunds

When checkout is available, the pricing page offers one analysis credit for $7.99 or five for $29.99, in USD, as one-time purchases with no subscription. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added and shown in Stripe Checkout. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may separately charge currency-conversion or other fees that TickerCase does not control or receive. One completed new analysis or full recheck uses one credit. Purchased credits do not expire; reading a saved report uses no credit. Failed or integrity-blocked reports do not consume a credit. Available credits from an order are removed after a full refund, and previously consumed analyses are not restored as available credits.

Contact mls@mylogicstudio.com about a billing issue, cancellation, withdrawal, or refund request. By directing TickerCase to run an analysis, you request immediate performance of that digital service. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited where you live.

Permitted Use

• Use TickerCase for lawful personal research.
• Submit only content you have the right to process.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, evade limits, test unauthorized access, or use the service to mislead others.
• Do not treat generated content as professional advice or represent it as a MyLogix Studio recommendation.

Your Content & Generated Output

You retain rights in claims and other content you submit. You grant MyLogix Studio and its service providers the limited rights needed to process that content and operate TickerCase. Subject to third-party rights and law, you may use generated reports for your own purposes. AI output may not be unique and similar output may be generated for others.

Availability & Changes

TickerCase is provided on an “as available” beta basis. Features, limits, sources, and report formats may change. We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain infrastructure.

Disclaimers & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. MyLogix Studio is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TickerCase. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

U.S.-First Availability

TickerCase is operated from the United States and is primarily marketed to adults in the United States who research U.S.-listed securities. People in other jurisdictions may access the service where permitted by applicable law, but that availability does not mean TickerCase actively markets in, is registered in, or represents that the service, payment method, content, or every feature is lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction. You may use the service only where permitted by applicable law and may not use it in violation of trade, sanctions, export-control, or other legal restrictions. TickerCase may limit availability where reasonably necessary for legal, security, provider, or operational reasons.

Termination, Law & Contact

You may stop using TickerCase at any time. We may terminate access for material breach or misuse. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MyLogix Studio LLC in Massachusetts, without overriding mandatory consumer protections, forum rights, or governing-law rules that apply where you live.
