TickerCase Policy

Privacy Policy

What TickerCase collects, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Who Controls Your Information

MyLogix Studio LLC, Clinton, Massachusetts 01510, United States, operates TickerCase and is the controller or business responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to mls@mylogicstudio.com.

Information We Process

  • Account identifiers, including your email address and Google authentication identifier.
  • Claims, YouTube URLs, transcript excerpts, saved reports, checkpoints, versions, and review history you choose to create.
  • Limited technical and security data such as request timestamps, IP-derived infrastructure logs, browser information, and error diagnostics.
  • With your optional measurement consent, first-party campaign attribution such as UTM fields, referring host, landing path, random attribution and session identifiers, and advertising click identifiers supplied in a campaign URL.
  • When you allow optional measurement, the Google Ads tag may process page URLs and titles, referring information, browser and device information, advertising click identifiers, consent signals, and pseudonymous measurement identifiers. TickerCase does not send Google raw claims, transcripts, report prose, account email addresses, payment-card details, or enhanced-conversion customer data.
  • Privacy-scoped product and campaign events designed to exclude raw claims, transcripts, report prose, email addresses, authentication tokens, and payment-card details.
  • Transaction records such as the credit pack selected, purchase and refund status, subtotal, applicable tax, total amount, currency, and Stripe Checkout identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card details; TickerCase does not store complete card numbers.

How We Use Information

  • Authenticate accounts and keep saved research private to the account owner.
  • Import available transcripts, generate source-backed reports, manage free and purchased analysis credits, and maintain version history.
  • With your consent, measure campaign performance, understand conversion paths, attribute completed analyses and purchases to campaign sources, and calculate tax-exclusive advertising revenue and refunds, including through Google Ads conversion measurement.
  • Process purchases and refunds, keep accounting records, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and improve report quality.
  • Respond to support, privacy, legal, and regulatory requests.

Legal Bases

Where laws such as the EEA or UK GDPR apply, we process account, requested research, and transaction data as necessary to provide the service or take steps you request; security, abuse-prevention, service-improvement, and recordkeeping data for our legitimate interests or legal obligations; and optional browser campaign measurement based on consent. You may withdraw optional measurement consent at any time through Privacy choices without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Service Providers & Disclosures

TickerCase currently relies on Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI processing, Supadata for transcript retrieval, Stripe for payments and tax calculation when purchasing is available, Google for consent-based Google Ads measurement, and public-market or regulatory sources such as SEC/EDGAR and Alpha Vantage. Submitted claim and transcript context may be processed by the providers needed to generate the requested report. Providers receive information only for their relevant function and under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

TickerCase does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, enable Google Ads personalisation or remarketing, upload customer lists, use enhanced conversions, or use personal information for legally significant automated decisions. If those practices change, we will update this notice and provide required choices before activating them.

Retention & Security

Browser attribution is treated as expired after 90 days and is removed or replaced when TickerCase next runs in that browser; a saved privacy preference is renewed after 12 months. Session identifiers normally end with the browser session. Account content is generally retained while the account remains active or until deletion is requested. Campaign events are kept only while reasonably needed to measure performance and protect the service. Transaction, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and security records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, disputes, enforcement, or legal obligations.

We use encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, authorization checks, and row-level database policies. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices & Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied privacy request where local law provides that right. You can delete individual saved thesis versions inside TickerCase and can change optional measurement through Privacy choices. For account-level requests, email mls@mylogicstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that applicable law requires or permits us to keep.

Residents of some U.S. states may also have rights to know categories and specific pieces of personal information, correct or delete information, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. TickerCase does not currently engage in those opt-out practices, and recognized Global Privacy Control signals disable optional browser measurement. You may contact your local data-protection or consumer-protection authority if you believe a request has not been handled appropriately.

International Processing

TickerCase is operated from the United States and its providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguard, we will use a legally permitted mechanism appropriate to the transfer.

Minors

TickerCase is intended for adults interested in U.S. public-market research. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided personal information.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
